What will it cost me to have The Cab Phone installed in my establishment? 
NOTHING. The Cab Phone is ABSOLUTELY free to you and your customers. There NO charge for the use of the phones or the service. This also includes FREE installation of The Cab Phone.

Who pays for the phones?
The phones are paid for by the cab companies.

Who installs it? 
We install The Cab Phone for you at NO COST.

How long does the installation take? 
Installation takes on average about 1-2 hours.

Where will it be placed? 
The Cab Phone will be placed by the exit to ensure that it is the last thing the customer sees before making the decision to drive or to call a cab.

How big is it? 
The Cab Phone is approximately 12 inches wide by 13 inches long.

Does this require a separate phone line? 
The Cab Phone runs off the current phone line. This makes for a quick and easy installation.

Will this increase my current phone bill? 
No. Whether these calls are made from the bar phone or The Cab Phone, there is no difference.

Do I own the phone once it is installed? 
No. They are owned and maintained by The Cab Phone.

Can I pick what cab company it calls? 
Unfortunately no; however, please feel free to make suggestions.

Can I get an additional phone? 
Yes! The Cab Phone supplies the first phone at NO COST. Any additional phones will be charged to the owner of the establishment.

What happens if there are issues with the phone? 
There is a two-year warranty on the phones. Call The Cab Phone Company and they will take care of any issues.

What if, for any reason, I want to remove and/or relocate the phone? 
Call The Cab Phone and we will remove/relocate the phone for you.

Is there an agreement or anything to sign? 
Yes. We ask that you leave the phones up for a minimum of 24 months, as this covers the costs associated with the phones, installation and services, which we offer to you absolutely free. This agreement also states the ownership of the phones.
